While New Years Eve is the one truly global holiday that exists today, it is celebrated in different ways and with varying traditions, depending on where you are. At ASYV, we took the 2017 New Years celebration to the next level.

During our evening of festivities, our Enrichment Year students showcased their amazing talents, which included (but definitely were not limited to) singing, traditional and modern dance, acting, poetry reading and modeling. It was incredible to see the majority of our students up on stage after arriving just a few short days before! To top the night off, the whole group shared a big homemade cake, chips and peanuts – making the night extra special.

From our family to yours, we wish you a happy and healthy new year. We anticipate great things for 2017 at Agahozo Shalom and we hope you can be a part of them.
