We are now hiring for an English Teaching (ESL) Fellow. Please check back in the spring of 2018 for more information about how you can apply for other roles below!

The Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village Fellows Program places 8 international volunteers in the Village.  Fellows spend 12 months living and working in the Village, where they serve in professional roles and work together with Rwandan staff to support existing programs and help develop new systems and programs. They become an integral part of the team that enables our Village to fulfill its mission to provide a nurturing home and exemplary education to our kids.

In addition to their professional role, most Fellows join a student family and serve as a mentor ("cousin") to 16-24 teenage students, all of whom are in their first year of living in the Village. Fellows work hand-in-hand with our family Mamas to create a loving and supportive family and home environment for our teens.
