ASYV can provide a well-equipped, picturesque setting for your organization’s retreat or workshop.

Our state-of-the-art Intore Learning Community sits adjacent to our campus. The facility features two spacious and adaptable conference rooms equipped with high-speed internet and audio-visual equipment, as well as a dining room and kitchen that can accommodate most dietary needs and restrictions.

The rooms on the open-air second floor can host up to 100 overnight guests, and the rooftop space offers stunning views by day and night. Depending on the time of year, groups can also make use of the Village’s SMART classrooms, computer labs, sports and arts facilities, and more.

In addition, we are happy to help arrange side trips to nearby destinations including Akagera National Park.

Accommodations

Our Intore Learning Community (ILC) offers multiple single and shared rooms with shared bathrooms and two rooms with private bathrooms. The ILC can accommodate up to 100 people.

 
 

Rates

+ Accommodations

The ILC has the following rooms available for booking: two single rooms, five 2-person rooms, 21 4-person rooms, and one 6-person room.

Two rooms with private bathrooms are available on a first-come basis, other single rooms offered will be private dormitory rooms with access to shared bathrooms.

  • Single room: $72 per person
  • Two or three-person dormitory room: $30 per person
  • Four-person dormitory room: $20 per person
  • Five or six-person dormitory room: $15 per person

+ Meals

  • Breakfast: Included in accommodations rate
  • Lunch: $12 per person
  • Dinner: $12 per person
  • Tea breaks: $5 per person per round

+ Other

  • Conference room: $100 per day flat rate
  • Pens, notebooks. water: $10 per person per day
  • Laundry: $5 per basket
  • Non-standard itinerary provisions (e.g.: meals from Chabad or program supplies): Cost + 10% admin fee (minimum $25)
  • Rooftop event at the ILC: $15 per person not including alcohol
  • Medical Transfer: ASYV has a Health & Wellness Clinic on-site and nurses are available to treat general ailments or respond to first aid needs. In the event of a more serious medical emergency, participants are directed to contact the nurse on duty in the clinic by visiting the clinic directly or by calling the emergency clinic phone number (+250 780303304). The nurse on duty can refer the case to Rwamagana Hospital (about 15 minutes away), Legacy Clinic (about 1 hour away), or King Faisal Hospital in Kigali (about 1.5 hours away). A Village van and driver can provide transfer for a fee of $60, to be billed after the trip.
