Fostering Healing, Self-Sufficiency, and Sustainability

Since first opening our gates, ASYV has made steady and significant progress in increasing our students' success and well-being. Our 2022–2025 strategic plan, Fostering Healing, Self-Sufficiency, and Sustainability, outlines how we will continue to strengthen our program's ability to provide all our kids with what they need to thrive. At its completion, we will have improved how we support vulnerable youth towards self-sufficiency and answered vital questions around our model and its future applicability to communities around the world. To identify the plan's priorities, we conducted a listening tour among members of our community in Rwanda and around the world. The report includes their voices.
